Common questions
How do I catch a plate, and how many can I catch?
Point the camera at the plate and the app reads it, then builds the card — your photo, the state, flavour text, an attack and a rarity. Free accounts save 2 catches a day; Premium raises that to 20 a day and removes the banner ad. Your allowance resets at midnight in your own time zone.
What decides a card's rarity?
Rarity runs Common → Uncommon → Rare → Super rare → Ultra rare, and comes from the plate itself — how unusual and how sought-after it is. Ultra rare is the exception: cards reach it by being liked enough by other collectors, so a card can climb after you've caught it.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they live in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling there keeps Premium active until the end of the period you've paid for. If you paid and Premium isn't showing, try Restore purchases in the app first, then email me.
Does the app track where I am?
No. If you allow location, the app records roughly where a catch happened — rounded to about a kilometre on your device before anything is sent, and it can't be stored more precisely than that. Cards show a city and state, and maps show approximate areas rather than exact points. You can decline location entirely and still play.
